Jean-Pierre Jabouille celebrated his first victory at his home GP

But for many, in this GP, there was the greatest wheel fight ever in F1 history.

Gilles Villeneuve and René Arnoux were the protagonists at the 1979 French GP track in Dijon, where the Ferrari driver start from the second row behind the two Renault Turbos with Jean-Pierre Jabouille in pole position.
